As an associate therapist at Love Light Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC, I am dedicated to providing holistic psychotherapy that addresses anxiety, trauma, and overall mental wellness. This supervisory relationship supports my professional development, allowing me to provide attentive, high-quality care to my clients.


My supervisor and I collaborate regularly to review cases, enhance therapeutic approaches, and ensure that I am delivering the best possible care. Both my supervisor and I adhere to strict confidentiality standards, maintaining the highest level of privacy and ethical care for all clients.


Personal Interests

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy exploring the world of fashion and nurturing my collection of “fake” plants. I have a passion for writing about life experiences and find inspiration in traveling and learning about other cultures. I also love taste testing desserts and am constantly fascinated by observing and understanding human behavior.
