She also brings a strong background in working within diverse settings, including detention facilities and high-risk environments, equipping her with a deep understanding of crisis response and systems-informed care.

Therapeutic Approach
Christina’s integrative framework is rooted in the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. She uses a flexible, client-centered approach informed by a broad range of theories and interventions, with a focus on helping clients:

  • Understand the theories that resonate most with their experiences
  • Recognize patterns and develop insight
  • Embrace their agency while honoring the realities of what is outside their control

Christina values curiosity, collaboration, and transparency in both clinical and supervisory relationships.

  • Empowerment-Based Work: Christina encourages individuals to challenge internalized narratives and reclaim authorship of their stories.

Clinical Supervision

  • Encouraging supervisees to evaluate clinical situations through multiple theoretical lenses
  • Creating space for awareness of countertransference and cultural dynamics
  • Supporting supervisees in developing their own style while maintaining ethical and client-centered care
