I have completed all educational requirements to practice as a Mental Health Counselor and am currently working towards full licensure. I practice under the guidance of Paris Johnson, LCSW (License #093688, NY; License #44SC06274500; NJ), a highly qualified licensed professional. This supervisory relationship supports my professional development, allowing me to provide attentive, high-quality care to my clients.

My supervisor and I collaborate regularly to review cases, enhance therapeutic approaches, and ensure that I am delivering the best possible care. Both my supervisor and I adhere to strict confidentiality standards, maintaining the highest level of privacy and ethical care for all clients.

Personal Interests

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy writing poetry as a creative and therapeutic outlet. I love leisurely reading non-fiction, connecting with loved ones, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy traveling, trying new activities, and experimenting with plant-based recipes that honor my Jamaican palate. I approach my own self-care with a holistic mindset, practicing the same wellness techniques that I encourage my clients to explore in our sessions.
