For appointment cancellations, please inform your therapist directly and promptly to minimize fees.
A no-show fee applies without prior notification. Avoid this fee by rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
Note: Cancellation fees are payable out-of-pocket. They are not covered by your insurance plan.
