Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans using a combination of evidence-based and holistic therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, client-focused care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in NY.
• Preference for candidates with diagnostic privileges, although not required.
• Strong commitment to holistic, trauma-informed, and anxiety-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive care.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about helping others and committed to both personal and professional growth.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
