Commitment

Are you dealing with anxiety, trauma, or navigating significant life transitions? These challenges can make it difficult to understand and manage emotions or to find clarity in personal and professional areas. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and empathic. Through exploration and practical problem-solving, I work with clients to develop effective coping strategies and gain a deeper understanding of their feelings and experiences. Achieving a balanced and fulfilling life is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Areas of Focus

I provide therapeutic support to couples, families, young adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My primary focus areas include:

  • Couples and Family Relationships: Supporting clients in strengthening relationships by enhancing communication and understanding within family and couple dynamics.
  • Anxiety and Trauma: Helping clients process and manage anxiety and trauma to foster emotional resilience and healing.
  • Life Transitions: Guiding young adults and adults through identity formation, personal and professional growth, and major life changes.

Therapeutic Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs:

  • Narrative Therapy: Empowering clients to author their own stories, reframing negative experiences and highlighting positive outcomes.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Assisting clients in identifying and restructuring unhelpful thought patterns to improve emotional regulation and mental health.
