  • Multicultural Counseling: Providing culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background and experiences.
  • Holistic Assessment and Goal-Setting: Collaboratively establishing therapy goals tailored to each client’s needs, while respecting their autonomy throughout the process.

I have completed all educational requirements to practice as a Mental Health Counselor and am currently working toward my graduate degree. I practice under the guidance of Sherene Henry, LMHC, LPC, NCC, CCATP, CCTP, CMIP (License #012789, NY; License #37PC00620200, NJ), a highly qualified licensed professional. This supervisory relationship supports my professional development, allowing me to provide attentive, high-quality care to my clients.


My supervisor and I collaborate regularly to review cases, enhance therapeutic approaches, and ensure that I am delivering the best possible care. Both my supervisor and I adhere to strict confidentiality standards, maintaining the highest level of privacy and ethical care for all clients.


Personal Interests

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy exploring the world of fashion and nurturing my collection of “fake” plants. I have a passion for writing about life experiences and find inspiration in traveling and learning about other cultures. I also love taste testing desserts and am constantly fascinated by observing and understanding human behavior.
