I practice under clinical supervision in accordance with New York State regulations. Ongoing supervision supports ethical, high-quality care and helps ensure you receive thoughtful, client-centered treatment while your privacy remains protected.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy baking, staying active, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. I value balance and intentional self-care and encourage clients to define wellness in ways that feel realistic and sustainable.
