I’m Paris Johnson, a Clinical Supervisor at Love Light Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC. I’m deeply committed to nurturing the growth and confidence of emerging clinicians while ensuring every client receives authentic, culturally informed, and compassionate care.

As a supervisor, I view mentorship as a collaborative and reflective process that promotes both clinical skill and professional identity. My goal is to help pre-licensed therapists develop strong clinical judgment, deepen self-awareness, and maintain ethical, trauma-informed practices that support client safety and growth.

In my clinical work, I support individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, systemic racism and oppression, anxiety, depression, multicultural family dynamics, and LGBTQ+ concerns. My approach integrates evidence-based and relational techniques to meet each client’s needs, fostering a supportive environment where insight, healing, and personal growth can take root.

I’m passionate about empowering both clients and clinicians to connect more deeply with themselves and others — creating the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
