At Love Light Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC, we value your commitment to the therapeutic process and the time reserved for your sessions. Because each appointment is held exclusively for you, all copays are prepaid and subject to the policies outlined below.
Our goal is to maintain fairness and consistency while supporting the integrity of your care.
If your therapist’s schedule cannot accommodate a reschedule request, the session will be treated as a cancellation, and the $75 fee will apply.
Exceptions may be granted for documented emergencies, at the discretion of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) office, and require approval by the Practice Owner.
All exceptions are handled case by case by the Practice Manager and approved by the Practice Owner.
Workshops, therapy groups, and wellness programs follow the same 48-hour cancellation policy outlined above.
All associated payments and copays are non-refundable and, when applicable, are held as a credit toward the next eligible session or program.
