I’m Anthony Skerritt, a Clinical Supervisor at Love Light Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC. I am committed to guiding young adults and adults through their therapeutic journeys with personalized, strength-focused care. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal and grow.

In my clinical work, I support individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for helping young adults navigate identity, relationships, and personal development as they move toward greater self-understanding and purpose.

My approach is adaptive and collaborative, combining evidence-based and client-centered methods to meet each client’s unique needs. I focus on helping individuals build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with their inner strengths. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, mood-related challenges, or identity issues, my goal is to guide clients toward balance, growth, and a renewed sense of self.
