About Me

I support adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences with honesty and self-compassion.

My work is grounded in holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. I strive to support clients in building insight, strengthening emotional resilience, and developing a greater sense of balance and confidence in their daily lives.

Who I Support

I work with individuals experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
  • Trauma and difficult life experiences
  • Relationship and interpersonal challenges
  • Self-esteem and identity-related concerns
  • Life transitions and personal growth

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals within BIPOC communities and creating therapy that honors each person’s lived experience and personal story.

My Approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and authenticity. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns
  • Narrative Therapy to help clients explore and reshape their personal stories
  • Person-Centered Therapy to support self-acceptance, connection, and emotional growth

My style is culturally responsive, strengths-based, and grounded in trauma-informed care. Together, we focus on building insight, resilience, and practical tools that support long-term emotional well-being.
